Hey.

Things are going pretty much alright for me,
thought there's been a few things cropping up here and there.
I don't know what I'd do without God,
cause I don't know where I'd be,
or how I'd be reacting to everything around me.
In fact, things have been getting crazier by the moment.
I've got a feeling I'm going into a storm again,
but nevertheless I'm going to make it through like I did before.

Anyway,
Wilbur's back and I'm so glad.
Didn't realise how much I missed him till I saw him just now.
It's really cool that he's back.

Well then,
there's school tomorrow,
and I'm starting to see the uniqueness of the people around me.
I mean, sometimes people really are annoying (No doubt I can be very too.),
but it's really up to you which side of a person you want to look at that person.
Afterall, everyone has their weaknesses don't they?

Now then,
going to school is really afterall about studying.
However so,
I've been thinking.
Studies are very important (Especially here in Singapore) as we know it,
but the real question is not how important it actually is,
but rather,
To what expense is it important?

To the expense of developing selfish and over-competitive people?
To the expense of ruining family relationships due to bad grades?
To the expense of sacrificing religious and/or communal activities for it?
To the expense of what..?

Studying to me,
has long lost it's image in the society we live in.
It's deemed as a chore, not a privilege.
Whatever happened to the joy of gaining new knowledge?

We may be smart,
but that's doesn't mean we're wise.

..For now,
I'm studying to survive,
so that I can ensure a home for my family in the future.
