Heyhey.

Haha, Friday was COOL,

cause it was NO CCA DAY!

Haha, and Marcus sent everyone a text in the morning saying,

"to celebrate no cca today, i will be hosting a pool party at my place."

rofl much!

So school was pretty much a breeze on Friday.

*Pretty much.

Then, common test for the day was SPEECH WRITING HAHA.

So yeah, that was about all for school.

After school,

hanged around in SJAB room for awhile,

then went back home like at 240 or something,

almost hit an all time new record of coming home early haha.

Then washed up a bit,

guitar & PEDALS abit, then off for Marcus' place.

Reached his place at like 345 or so?

So talked, laughed, rushed them to get into the pool,

till like 415.

Finally went for a long awaited swim.

Then while swimming,

I was doing the breast stroke.

So while doing the alternate stroke thing,

i tripped on the water and fell while swimming,

then i hurt my knee,

and it was bleeding haha.

Okay, the real deal is,

We were playing monkey or something,

then i ran for the ball out of the pool,

so as you know,

the surface at the shallow parts of the pool is rough,

and well, me and SB were chasing for it,

i eventually got the ball,

as well as this laceration on my knee haha.

Looked gross.

Went to shower at 450 or so,

done at 5,

went off for Serangoon station and met Kim there at 515.

Then went to City hall where Lynn, Evan, John, Marius, Clayton, Cheryl were there.

I think i didn't miss out anyone did I.

Dinnered at the soup spoon,

I had Tangy Tomato,

which was really spicy for a tomato soup haha.

After that, went to wait at City Hall station for more people.

Cheryl said i looked 28 - -,

Oh well haha.

After that Amp at Cana.

SESSION.

The session today was about Prophetic Prayer.

Prophetic prayer means to pray something into existence.

Do we pray knowing that God is above all situation?

Or do we pray because we just want something to happen?

The reading was from Ezekiel 37: 1 - 10

" To summarize the whole passage, God brought the prophet Ezekiel into a valley of dry bones which in olden times means that God brought Ezekiel into the lowest of the low [valley] and most hopeless [bones must be left for a really really really long time to become dry]. God then asked Ezekiel if these bones could live and Ezekiel immediately replied with fear, “O Lord God, thou knowest” [verse 3]. After that God asked Ezekiel to prophesize into those bones so that the Lord could give them life [verse 4], He [God] goes on to say that He would give them flesh and sinews [tendons] and that they would live [verse 6]. If giving them flesh was not enough, God wanted to breathe life into them, “…breathe upon these slain, that they may live” [verse 9].

You are probably confused right now as to how this passage would help in prophetic prayer but let me slowly explain it. The dry bones represent a pathetic situation, a situation where there is no more hope. When God showed Ezekiel the dry bones [a hopeless and pathetic situation] He asked Ezekiel if the bones could live again. Ezekiel who knew the full might and power of God replied, “O Lord God, thou knowest”. Only after this, did God tell Ezekiel to prophesy flesh into those bones, after Ezekiel acknowledged the awesomeness of God then did God make something really happen. "

Also,

I learnt two bible verses that can be used to pray,

for someone or yourself.

These verses are,

Colossians 1: 9-14 &

Ephesians 3 : 13

To pray it, simply we can just replace the "you"s with your name,

or someone's name.

As simple as that! haha.

Well, that's about all for the session.

P&W was pretty cool.

Although it was kinda sian that the people from St Annes were not there,

but oh well, they'll be coming next week haha.

That's pretty much it.

Haha, I can't believe Cheryl actually took a picture of my wound during Amp,

Lol.

Okay that's about all.

Went for supper after Amp,

then left for City hall.

Adrian recommends me to go for a Gibson, Martin or Taylor,

hmmm.

Took the train to AMK.

Then cabbed with Lynn Gabriel and Valerie.

Well that's about all,

Looking forward to next Amp haha. =D
