What a DAY!

Today was a bittersweet day.
Twist and turned, went up and went down.

Well,
my day started at 12am on 15October really.
With so many people messaging me via sms and msn,
..i was kinda shocked.
suprised,
at the same time, happy!
My first reaction when the first message came was,
..okay that was kinda expected.
Than suddenly one after another,
msn chat goes to 10,
handphone messages goes to 6.
YES IN CASE YOU DON'T KNOW,
I'M BRAGGING ABOUT THE FRIENDS I HAVE.

So was kinda determined, that morning,
that nothing was going to ruin my day.

I slept soundly,
woke up and came to school.
Couldn't help smiling when i walked pass the podium.

So yeah had a couple of wishes then already and was somehow,
..even more shocked.

And before morning assembly started,
a couple of people came to pass me presents,
which was kinda suprising as well since,
an ex-classmate of mine actually still got a gift for me.
Thanks Regina!

Had a meeting with Mdm Liew,
talked about Character,
..and how it affected leadership.
Which was somehow significant at the later part of the day.

Just before flag raising began,
Royce passed me the cute guitar pick,
the smooth one with the turtle cartoon.
Thanks Royce!

After flag raising,
came back to class,
and they sang the song.
Got a gift from Nicole(& Limin),
as well as wishes from BIRD.
Thanks =)
Well, i guess there's alot to work on for our class,
hopefully, we'll get the class together through the chalet or maybe an outing.
Anyway, Thanks 305, it's been an interesting year in 305 haha.

Fire drill for our school i thought,
was really organised and fast which was good.
So in no time,
came the inter house games.
Accompanied Royce, to do patrol duty,
so didn't get to participate in the games.
And yeah the first downpart of my day came.

Anyhow,
After that was recess,
where That one group of SLs were standing at the table.
I was happily eating my chicken rice until they spotted me, haha.
So in the end, was pulled over and they sang me the song and presented a card and a cake.
They sang the song REALLY Loud,
not quite the quiet and low-profile celebration i wanted XD
I tried blowing off the "candles" but it didn't work, since it was pocky. rofl.
Thank You Bernice! For baking that Brownie, it's really sweet of you!
Thank you Melissa! For doing up that card! You're the best at doing all this.
.. Seriously!
Well, my birthday gift from Melissa is also that i'm granted 100 "whys", lol!
I think doing a card from someone is really sweet,
because especially at this age, it's so rare that people draw and do up cards for you,
and drawing doesn't matter, cards are really all about the thought that matters.

Moved to the foyer for the India meeting.
Glad that there might be a chance we may be going overseas next year,
as an "India Bicultural Group" looking forward to it, but not quite as well,
.. cause it's after the horror of the big "O".
The India bicultural groups sang the song again,
It's really a very surprising and heartening thing when people celebrate it with you,
when you really didn't expect anything to happen at all.
Anyhow, Thanks for the wishes and all!
We'll go techno next year!

Had some problems going on with the Post Exam comm,
wanted to hold a debrief,
after class was dismissed.
But after some clarification,
i guess this problems need to be sorted out

Went back to class after the India meeting,
got a gift from BIRD, SEAN and ANDY,
and a card from GORDON!
You guys are the coolest.

After that had St. John.
SUPRISED, When staff nabilah and staff Michelle gave wishes and a present.
As well as kahlun giving me a brownie that he claim to have baked!
Neway St. John went on as usual, discussing on how to prepare for a farewell
(i know that teacher doesn't read my blog),
and after discussion was done it was dismissal time.
So we were standing there for a long time,
and suddenly they turn us to the back,
..and ask me and Tsernting to fall out
SUPRISED AGAIN.
Couldn't believe that Staff Nabilah and Staff Michelle Prepared a cake,
for both me and tsernting(happy birthday tsernting haha)
So the whole corp sang the song again,
and i blew Tserntings candle instead cause i couldn't see, sry, jk.
Well it was a really nice suprise.

After that, took my bag,
and got another gift from Staff Nabilah.
I really thank her for the advice which is really true.
Thank you so much Staff Nabilah.

Came home after St.John,
Crashed in bed.
Woke up to see a hot meal served on the table,
prepared by my maid(who's also family).
Had homecooked western food,
had some wine as well.
Had a toast, and we started eating the good food.
After that, my Mom brought a Tiramisu cake out,
sang the song and took pictures.
You'll never guess what i wished for,
..and blew the candles.

Did you know my Brother also prepared a present for me?
Hershey bars and ferrero rocher,
bought from his own saved up pocket money.

I really love my family.

Now i'm here,
writing about my day(twice cause firefox screwed my first one ._.)
Thank you for the cards, the gifts, the presents and the wishes.
Thank you so much, juniors, seniors, friends, family loved ones.

Our lives are made,
in these small hours,
these little wonders,
these twist and turns of fate.
Time falls away,
but these small hours,
these little wodners,
..They still remain.
