ROCK ON! rofl, coolest play/concert/musical i've ever seen. Since it's the first.
Took my dad's car to the esplanade with my mom. Apparently, my mom's boss couldn't make it for the show that was invited by the bank because he was at some golf tournament overseas. Ok, so the road trip was quite long, Listened to my ipod along the journey. You've always been there for me rofl!
Ok so my first time in the esplanade. I've always only managed to see it from far. Just to big spiky lumps by the sea. When i went in(mall entrance) i was like ok, classy. Than saw a Maestro Lespaul at some guitar shop. uhhh, it was going out cheap lol. So passed by a few shops, than finally reached a entrance leading to a big room. Wow, the feel was great when i went in. The ceiling was so high up, and it was the glass spiky one. moved towards some people in suits and asked them where the entrance to the Queen concert was, they gave clear directions and me and my mom proceeded onwards. Finally, before the entrance, there was the group that was inviting my mom's boss to the concert. Got the two tickets, and the two bags of merchandise. Apparently if everything would be added up, (one person would cost around $300++)
We showed our passes, and than they told us to go to the second floor and all the way to the end where "The Tall Room" was. So yeah went up and my mom her friend, or actually the bank agent but they were still friends i guess. She led us to the room. Yeah, it was tall compared to all the other rooms we passed. It was a really cool private reception. There was only like 4 ppl in there? and the room was spacious, and ofcourse tall. Like around 2and a half storeys( the ceiling). There was a bar there, and by the side was food placed really nicely across the black and blue table . There were many assortment of food there. There were many finger food. Well, not exactly finger food. There was smoked salmon served with some sauch on spoons.( the spoons were lined up in opposite directiosn across the table.) A stick of meatballs(3) placed in a glass cup With tomato at the bottom a cup placed neatly like a wax cup candle. Sticks of something like satay was served as well.(with seaweed wrapped around everything) Tender, juicy, delicious haha. Than there were this really cute bowls that actually slant towards one side(it's made that way) inside it was tofu with some sauce and a mint leaf if i'm not wrong.There was also sandwhiches,(well, this were the only finger food i guess. There was also this really nice thing there, which i'm not sure. I think it's beef but it's too tender to be beef, and below the beef is some sauce that taste really nice as well. This was served in the small circle plate that holds your sauces.
Oh and i almost forgot, they served the drinks in style as well, all in wine glass line up together like a squad falling in in the parade square.
After that, they rung some bell which echoed throughout everywhere. It was time to get seated. We went out of the room. There i noticed how nice the place was(again) and looked out to see cars buzzing past every few seconds. My mom and i searched for the room and finally we entered this place. We were sitting at the front roll seats of the circle on the second level. The view was great from there as we were sitting close to the middle as well.
Yeah, i think it was really coolio there.

Cont'd 1st April
So the show finally started. The story took place in a the future. So the intro of the whole thing started out great. There were this gigantic disco balls by the side, it started to shine and the effects was really cool. Light rays like shine in all direction as though what you see from your eyes is like a computer screen.(the lights were like 3D) There was mist and than the lighting was really cool as well. Than someone appeared on the stage rocking, his voice was really cool.
Basically, the show is about the future. Where this company called GlobalSoft (alike microsoft) took over the whole world during globalistation. During that period of time, there was only one form of music and everyone had to wear the same fashion same everything. A happy Gaga world as they say. Yeah, and ofcourse there are rebels, a few hidden around the place. Caused they would get called if they made their own music or something like that. So according to a script, or as they call it a prophecy, there is suppose to be this one person who would be able to take over and rock the world. haha, kinda cool.
So yeah. It turns out to be this guy who suddenly gets music from nowhere into his head,(music found presently) and he also gets many skills from the past(which is the present) such as the moonwalk. Haha, and later part of the story he gets together with this really cool girl with purple hair.
yeah, neway i find it hard to describe. The whole show is great overall.

I like the verse of the song. The intro may not make the song is "appetizing" to you but neway, it's for rockers cause it's By Rockers.
